Big Sioux Burger at The Steel District has rebranded as Big Sioux Diner & Dive. The menu still includes the restaurant’s signature lineup of burgers but also offers expanded lunch and dinner options. New hours are 7 a.m. to 10 p.m. Sunday through Thursday and 7 a.m. to midnight Friday and Saturday.

The site will offer individual sports, leagues, and skills and fundamentals training to students in kindergarten through high school. Orthopedic Institute Performance and D1 Training previously occupied the space.

Swamp Daddy’s Cajun Kitchen will leave its downtown location at the end of the month. When owner Inkka Beaudion announced the change earlier this month, she did not know where the new location would be. Swamp Daddy’s was one of the first tenants in the first-floor marketplace at the Jones421 Building, opening in 2018 and moving into a larger space in 2022.

The mobile coffee truck Roaming Grounds has added a permanent location in Dell Rapids. Owner Becky Sehr is leasing space in a west-side retail center at 513 W. Fourth St. It’s a drive-thru-only operation that’s open daily. Now that there is a permanent location, Sehr plans to add more events like weddings to the mobile schedule.

Store closing signs are posted at Eddie Bauer in The Empire Mall. The operator of the retail stores in the U.S. and Canada has filed for bankruptcy and will close all locations if a buyer can’t be found. Liquidation sales have started, and some stores will close even if a buyer is found. The bankruptcy does not affect Eddie Bauer’s e-commerce and wholesale operations.

Stacey Blenderman is opening Sippin’ 605 Nutrition, a shop selling beverages made with Herbalife products. She’s planning to open the store March 7 in the former Josephine’s Floral Designery space at 6221 S. Western Ave. Sippin’ 605 will be open daily.

A massive buffet featuring sushi, hibachi and international cuisine is coming to Sioux Falls. Ocean Buffet will fill the former Chuck E. Cheese space at 2600 S.
