This year’s version is Miso Ramen with tonkatsu broth, white miso tare, chashu pork belly, soy egg, bean sprouts, scallion and menma, which is seasoned bamboo shoots. Add-ons are kimchi and chili crisp. New items that have been added so far are Pad Kee Mao, also known as Drunken Noodles, the B&C Burger and Steelhead, which features seared steelhead trout, red curry, pineapple chutney, Thai basil, scallion and rice noodles. The restaurant on the north end of downtown also is closed now on Tuesdays. On the other days, it’s open from 11 a.m. to 8 p.m.
