4 homes top million-dollar mark in sales report

Four homes topped the million-dollar mark for residential sales for the week of Sept. 27.

The most expensive residential sale was $1.3 million for a home along Willow Run Golf Course on the eastern edge of Sioux Falls.

The 4,800-square-foot home was built in 2019 in the Arbor’s Edge neighborhood. It has five bedrooms and five bathrooms.

At $1,251,500, the No. 2 home with three bedrooms and four bathrooms was built this year by NRG Homes in the west-side Cherry Lake Reserve neighborhood. It has 3,900 square feet of finished space and 2,000 square feet that’s unfinished.

The No. 3 home in The Grand Prairie development on the south side of Sioux Falls sold for $1.2 million. It was built in 2007 and has 5,600 square feet, with six bedrooms and six bathrooms.

The fourth home to top the million-dollar mark sold for $1,115,000. It was built in 2009 in Arbor’s Edge and has 4,600 square feet, with five bedrooms and four bathrooms.
