A coastal-inspired home in south Sioux Falls is among three featured homes finishing construction ahead of this year’s Spring Parade of Homes.

The semiannual event from the Home Builders Association of the Sioux Empire Inc. returns May 9-10 and May 16-17, featuring 60 homes at a variety of price ranges throughout Sioux Falls and the surrounding metro area.

This featured home from 1J Homes at 6504 S. Callington Ave. offers a glimpse of a custom home in the sought-after Prairie Hills neighborhood with some unique design elements, including a standout master suite and spacious golf simulator.

There is a $5 entry fee per adult, per home to tour the feature homes. Cash payments only will be accepted; credit cards, Venmo or checks will not be accommodated. 

Proceeds from admission support the Home Builders Care Foundation, helping to fund programs like construction camps for middle schoolers, scholarships and workforce development grants to local schools. By touring, you’re not only inspired but also investing in the future of the industry.
