3 houses top million-dollar mark in weekly sales report

Three houses topped the million-dollar mark in residential sales for the week of July 14.
The most expensive home sale was almost $1.3 million for an acreage between Sioux Falls and Crooks.
The 3,400-square-foot ranch house was built in 1994 on 10 acres. It has five bedrooms and three bathrooms. Features include a large patio with a stone fireplace and a raised patio with a pergola. The property has a shop building and another building with stalls for horses.
The No. 2 home sold for $1.25 million and was built in 2017 in the Arthur Estates neighborhood along Bakker Crossing Golf Course south of Sioux Falls. The 4,500-square-foot ranch walkout has five bedrooms and four bathrooms. The backyard include a covered deck with a retractable screen, a fireplace and a television, along with a patio that’s covered by a pergola.
The third million-dollar house sold for almost $1.2 million and was built in 2007 on a private street in The Reserve development in south Sioux Falls. The 4,500-square-foot ranch walkout has five bedrooms and four bathrooms.
