Roam Kitchen + Bar has a new menu with several additions. Joining the appetizers: Smoked Burrata served with marmalade, Texas toast, basil and balsamic honey, and Chislic Skewers, which are served over yam shoestring potatoes with buttermilk ranch and blackberry chipotle sauce. Hearty fare includes a bison burger, bison shank, country fried steak and Range Meatloaf, which is a combination of bison, bacon, beef and pork. The staff favorite is the new house-smoked pastrami sandwich. The new Fire Sampler serves three to four people with a half rotisserie chicken, half-rack of baby back ribs, beef brisket, Duroc pulled pork, cornbread and a choice of three sides. For lighter fare, there’s a smoked salmon and dill salad, BBQ Chicken Bacon Wrap and Campfire Steelhead Trout, which is roasted in parchment paper with carrots, tomato, fennel, onion, potato, parsley, thyme, lemon and garlic compound butter. New sides include Sante Fe street corn, glazed green-top carrots and roasted root vegetable puree. Click here to see the menu.

Carnaval Brazilian Grill is having pizza parties from 2 to 3 p.m. Saturdays to try the new pizzas made in the restaurant’s stone pizza oven. For $25, diners can get a pizza with two beers or two glasses of house wine. There are three choices: Margherita on a housemade focaccia crust with tomato sauce, mozzarella and basil; Hot Honey & Pepperoni on a sourdough crust; and Sweet & Spicy Chicken with a crust made from chicken, topped with barbecue sauce, four-cheese blend, jalapeno and pineapple chutney.
