What brought you to Sioux Falls?

I just wanted to get out of my small town and move to the big city for college — a whopping 30 minutes away!

What keeps you in Sioux Falls?

Friends and family are probably the biggest thing, but finding a career in a company that I truly love helps immensely too!

What’s your favorite thing about your job?

Every day is different, I never know what might come my way, and it keeps me on my toes.

How did you get connected to your industry?

I was referred by a friend who raved about how great IOP was to work for, and three years later, I can say they were spot on about that.

What is something someone might be surprised to learn about you?

I’m a vocabulary nerd. I used to participate in spelling bees in high school.

What’s your favorite way to give back to your community?

Volunteering my time when I can.

What’s one business you’d like to see in Sioux Falls that isn’t here now?

H&M — I love to shop — and a really good bubble tea spot.

Where do you see yourself in five years?

I can say with confidence that I will still be in Sioux Falls. Professionally, definitely at IOP, making sure everything runs smoothly from an operations standpoint. Personally, I’m just hoping my boyfriend will let me get another dog — or two — by then!
