Grille 26 has been a go-to spot for pizza for years, and now there are even more choices.

The newly expanded menu includes several new pizzas, in addition to popular favorites like Chicken Florentine and Italian.

“We have a very unique selection,” executive chef Jorge Garcia said.

For instance, there’s a new Fig and Ham pizza, made with mozzarella, gorgonzola, fig jam, country ham, balsamic glaze and arugula.

Other new varieties include Black Truffle Mushroom, Birria, Lamb Sausage and Brussels.

Grille 26 also is expanding on its popular Detroit-style pizza.

“The difference between a traditional and a Detroit-style pizza relies on the thickness and fluffiness of the crust,” Garcia said, adding that the Detroit pizza has “an iconic square shape and cheesy corners. It’s one of the favorite pizzas to get here.”

Guests can still order the signature Detroit pizza with marinara, mozzarella, brick blend, salami, pepperoni and basil, but there’s also a cheese version and a hot honey pepperoni.
