French Country-inspired house in Riverview Heights tops sales report at $2.7M

The most expensive residential sale for the week of Dec. 15 was $2.7 million for a house in the Riverview Heights neighborhood in central Sioux Falls.
The French Country-inspired house was built in 1989 on a half-acre lot. It has 9,100 square feet, with five bedrooms and five bathrooms. Features include a gourmet kitchen, sunroom and four fireplaces, including one in the primary suite. The lower level has a bar, kitchenette, wine cellar, TV area with surround sound and a game and exercise area with a universal gym set. A carriage house includes two parking space and a partially finished second floor with 600 square feet of living space. Brick pavers are used around the outside of the home.
