Two homes topped the million-dollar mark for residential sales for the week of June 28.

The most expensive home sold for $1,526,000. The two-story brick home near Minnehaha Country Club was built in 1988 and extensively remodeled in 2018. It has 5,400 square feet, with four bedrooms and five bathrooms.

The other home is an acreage west of Canton that sold for $1,100,000. The 5,000-square-foot, ranch home was built in 2013. It has five bedrooms and four bathrooms. The 12-acre property includes a Morton Buildings shop.
