Four homes in Sioux Falls topped the million-dollar mark for residential sales in the week of May 8.

The No. 1 sale was $1.2 million for a 4,500-square-foot home in the Cherry Lake Reserve neighborhood. It was custom-built by Doug Top Construction and was a featured home on the 2019 Fall Parade of Homes. The residence has six bedrooms and four bathrooms. Features include a backyard sport court and access to the neighborhood’s private lake, beach and dock.
