The most expensive residential sale for the week of June 5 was $1.1 million for a home in the Arbors Edge development on the east side of Sioux Falls.

The 4,000-square-foot ranch walkout was built in 2019. It has five bedrooms and four bathrooms. Features include a hidden pantry and a mudroom with lockers, laundry and half-bath. The five-stall garage has a full kitchen, and there’s a core-floor garage.
