An acreage between Sioux Falls and Brandon that sold for $1.2 million topped the list of the most expensive residential transactions for the week of Dec. 25.

The 2,400-square-foot home was built in 1973 and has three bedrooms and three bathrooms. The sale included two additional parcels for a total of 11 acres.
