The most expensive residential sale for the week of Dec. 5 was $1,540,000 for a home along Willow Run Golf Course.

The home was built in 2021 on a half-acre lot in Arbor’s Edge Addition on the east side of Sioux Falls. The 4,500-square-foot home has six bedrooms and five bathrooms. The backyard includes a pool.
