A condominium in a downtown building topped the list of the most expensive residential sales for the week of week of Aug. 28.

The top sale was nearly $1.4 million for the sixth-floor unit in Washington Square, which was built in 2017. The 1,800-square-foot condo has two bedrooms and two bathrooms.
