Twin home tops sales report at nearly $1 million

The most expensive residential sale for the week of April 19 was $984,000 for a new twin home in south Sioux Falls.
The 4,300-square-foot home in Grand Arbor Village near 85th Street and Western Avenue was built in 2020 by Amdahl Construction Co. It has four bedrooms and four bathrooms.
