A home in the River Ridge neighborhood between 57th Street and Yankton Trail Park that sold for almost $1 million topped the list of the most expensive residential sales for the week of April 21.

The ranch walkout was built in 1997 on a cul-de-sac. At 4,200 square feet, the house has five bedrooms and four bathrooms. Features include vaulted ceilings and custom woodwork.
