Better Homes and Gardens Real Estate LLC has opened a Sioux Falls office.

Better Homes and Gardens Real Estate Beyond is located at 5915 S. Remington Place and is led by owner Brandon Martens and responsible broker Breck Miller. The company serves real estate clients in the greater Sioux Falls market, including Minnehaha, Lincoln, McCook, Lake and Turner counties.

Publisher Dotdash Meredith and its Better Homes & Gardens magazine use a proprietary brand tool that “taps into consumer behavior data” from a database of more than 175 million customers and “will play an important role in supporting client acquisition for the company’s affiliated agents,” the company said in a statement.

Martens grew up in Iowa, where Dotdash Meredith’s corporate headquarters is located, and feels a strong connection to the Better Homes & Gardens media brand, which he said he believes will play a significant role in connecting with clients in the market.

He’s currently president of the South Dakota Association of Realtors.

Martens and Miller are looking to recruit agents, who will train in a professional development program called Be Better University.

Better Homes and Gardens Real Estate Beyond also will be licensed in Minnesota and Iowa to better serve the tri-state area.
