The most expensive residential sale for the week of Oct. 25 was $1,051,00 for a home east of Tuthill Park.
The 6,400-square-foot home that was built in 1993 has five bedrooms and four bathrooms. Features include floor-to-ceiling windows in the living room, a sunroom and a screened gazebo.
