3 homes top million-dollar mark in sales report

Three homes topped the million-dollar mark for residential sales for the week of Aug. 2.

The most expensive home sold for $1,950,000. It’s in Grand Prairie Estates, a gated neighborhood of 12 homes along 85th Street west of Cliff Avenue.

The 7,200-square-foot home has six bedrooms and seven bathrooms. Features include two full kitchens, a theater room and a wine room. It sits on a 1.6-acre lot and has a private beach along the neighborhood’s pond.

The No. 2 home on the list sold for $1,400,000 and is in the Crown Pointe neighborhood in southeast Sioux Falls. It has 6,000 square feet with three bedrooms and five bathrooms. It was built in 2001.

The No. 3 home sold for $1,200,000. It’s in the Timber Oak Estates neighborhood in south Sioux Falls. The 6,300-square-foot home has six bedrooms and eight bathrooms. It was built in 2008.
