The most expensive residential sale for the week of Jan. 2 was $820,000 for a new house on the east side of Sioux Falls.

The 3,600-square-foot ranch walkout was built by Kelly Construction in the Mystic Creek neighborhood. It has five bedrooms and three bathrooms and features midcentury modern finishes.
