Two acreages top million-dollar mark in sales report

Two acreages topped the million-dollar mark for residential sales for the week of June 14.
The most expensive home sold for $1,050,000. It’s a ranch-walkout home on 20 acres northeast of Sioux Falls. It has 3,600 square feet, with five bedrooms and three bathrooms. The property includes a 40-by-96-foot outbuilding.
The other acreage, which is on the southwest edge of Sioux Falls, sold for $1,027,000. The 4,000-square-foot, ranch-style home has four bedrooms and three bathrooms. Its sits on 10.5 acres and has several outbuildings.
