Two homes, one with farmland, top million-dollar mark in weekly sales report

Two homes topped the million-dollar mark for sales in the week of April 5.

The most expensive sale was $1,175,000 for a rural home and farmland north of Sioux Falls. The sale included three parcels, one with a two-bedroom house built in 1945 that sits on 3 acres, and two adjacent parcels totaling 74 acres.

The No. 2 home, which is in the Old Orchard Heights neighborhood, sold for $1,095,00. According to Minnehaha County records, it has five bedrooms and four bathrooms.
