Tudor-style estate tops sales report at $1.65 million

The most expensive residential sale for the week of March 14 was $1.65 million for a Tudor-style estate in the Old Orchard Heights area.

The 4,900-square-foot home was built in 1975 on 22 acres. Now, the property includes 3.5 acres. It has six bedrooms and six bathrooms. A gatehouse was added in 2004 that has an additional three-stall garage, workshop and 800-square-foot apartment.
