The most expensive home sale for the week of May 21 was $807,500 for a house on a private road in south Sioux Falls.

The house that was built by Rich Pietz Construction in 2007 features four bedrooms and four baths. The 4,500-square-foot home sits on a half-acre and includes a three-season room and four-stall heated garage.
