Sioux Falls is the sixth best city to buy a home and the 53rd best place to live in the country, according to rankings from Niche.com.

The website looked at data for crime, public schools, cost of living, job opportunities and local amenities. Niche based its rankings on data from the U.S. Census, FBI, Bureau of Labor Statistics, CDC and other sources.

Here’s a look at the city’s “report card”:

• Housing: B+
• Cost of living: B+
• Diversity: B+
• Health and fitness: B
