Scooter’s Coffee has opened at the Sanford Sports Complex.

The drive-thru location is at 3201 W. Benson Road near Fleet Farm.

It’s the 16th store for franchisee Travis Rhoades, and his 10th in Sioux Falls.

A grand opening will be Sept. 22, offering buy one, get one drinks when customer pay with the Scooter’s mobile app.

With the app, customers earn three “smiles” for every dollar spent to collect toward free drinks. There’s also a mobile ordering and payment option.

Nebraska-based Scooter’s has nearly 650 locations in 29 states.

The new kiosk at the Sanford Sports Complex will be open from 6 a.m. to 8 p.m. daily.
