The most expensive residential sale for the week of March 23 was almost $1.5 million for a house in south Sioux Falls.

The 4,200-square-foot multi-level home was built in 1989 on a half-acre lot in the Prairie Tree neighborhood. It has been completely remodeled and has five bedrooms, all with walk-in closets, and four bathrooms. The garage is heated and holds six vehicles.
