The most expensive residential sale for the week of June 19 was $1.4 million for a home on 10 acres northeast of Sioux Falls.

The 3,200-square-foot walkout ranch home was built in 2017. It has five bedrooms and three bathrooms. Features include a living room with a vaulted ceiling and wood beams, along with a stone gas fireplace and built-in cabinets. The property includes a 2,600-square-foot outbuilding and an outdoor riding arena.
