A rare retail site next to Starbucks is available at the gateway to the popular Bridges at 57th development.

“With Dakota Butcher going into the development and Starbucks right next door, there is going to be even more extensive daily traffic in this area,” Tysdal said. “Whoever locates on this property will be the direct beneficiary of that.”
This area of 57th Street “has always been very sought-after,” Tysdal added. “This is an excellent opportunity for the right business.”
The property is listed for sale, but a ground lease also is an option.
