A new home on the north edge of Tea that sold for $774,500 topped the list of the most expensive residential transactions for the week of Jan. 1.

The 3,400-square-foot home was built by Jeren Homes in the Nine Mile Lake development. It has five bedrooms and three bathrooms, and features a core floor garage.
