Two homes topped the million-dollar mark for the the most expensive residential sales for the week of July 24.

The top sale was $1.5 million for a new two-story walkout home along the waterfront in the Nine Mile Lake neighborhood on the north edge of Tea.

The 5,100-square-foot home was built by BH Construction. It has seven bedrooms and six bathrooms. Features include a main-floor office and second kitchen off the garage.

The No. 2 sale was $1.25 million for a new home east of Bakker Crossing Golf Course that was built by Nielson Construction.

The property transfer information comes from the Minnehaha County Director of Equalization Office and the Lincoln County Register of Deeds Office. Addresses are for Sioux Falls unless noted.
