Ryan Long, Xcel Energy’s interim general counsel, will become president of Xcel Energy – Minnesota, North Dakota and South Dakota on Jan. 1. He will replace Chris Clark, who is retiring March 1. Long joined Xcel Energy in 2015. Clark started at Xcel Energy in 1999 was named president in 2015.
