The most expensive residential sale for the week of April 20 was $1.1 million for a house on the south side of Sioux Falls.

The 4,500-square-foot ranch walkout was built in 2017 on a half-acre in the Prairie Hills West neighborhood. It has five bedrooms and five bathrooms. Features include a covered deck and a custom firepit.
