Inca Bar opens next to longtime restaurant
May 12, 2026
Inca Mexican Restaurant has opened an adjacent bar, which features a full liquor license.

Inca Bar is in a space to the north of the longtime restaurant at 3312 S. Holly Ave., with a new interior doorway connecting the two. There’s also a separate entrance door.

It features a mix of seating for about two dozen people at the bar top, banquettes and comfy chairs positioned around small tables.

Music is playing, and there are a few big screen TVs to watch sports.

Customers can order from the restaurant’s full food and drink menus, and there’s also a featured menu of appetizers, quesadillas and wings. A signature cocktail menu offers everything from a traditional margarita and pina colada to Ixtapa Ice Tea with vodka, gin, rum and tequila and the Oaxaca Old Fashion with tequila, mezcal and agave nectar.

Diners waiting for a table in the restaurant can be seated temporarily in the bar as long as they’re 21 or older.
The bar is drawing new customers along with the restaurant’s regulars, said Oscar Cadena, who owns the restaurant and bar with his wife, Angelina Espino.

“It’s a very cozy place for the neighborhood,” he said. “They’re just invited to come in here and try it.”

Hours are 11 a.m. to 10 p.m. Sunday through Thursday and 11 a.m. to 11:30 p.m. Friday and Saturday.
