Home in south Sioux Falls tops sales report at $2.7M

A 7,600-square-foot home in the Prairie Hills neighborhood topped the list of the most expensive residential sales for the week of Oct. 16.

The top sale was $2.7 million for the ranch walkout that was built in 2012. It has five bedrooms and six bathrooms. Features include an in-ground pool, indoor sport court, wine cellar and several floor-to-ceiling windows.

The No. 2 home on the south edge of Sioux Falls sold for $2 million. It was built this year by Pride Built Homes. The 5,300-square-foot home has six bedrooms and six bathrooms.

Two other homes topped the million-dollar mark.
