A contemporary townhome at Lake Lorraine that includes an elevator is one of nearly 70 sites available to tour on the Spring Parade of Homes.

The semiannual event from the Home Builders Association of the Sioux Empire runs May 10-11 and May 17-18 from 1 to 5 p.m. Visitors can tour homes from 44 builders across the metro area, including Sioux Falls, Brandon, Harrisburg, Hartford, Tea and Wentworth.

The Lake Lorraine home, built by Krumvieda Cos., is one of two featured homes on the Spring Parade.
