The most expensive residential sale for the week of April 15 was $1.1 million for a home in a neighborhood along Bakker Crossing Golf Course.

The home was built in 2016 in the Arthur Estates development and sits along a small private lake. The 4,200-square-foot ranch walkout has four bedrooms and three bathrooms.
