A house along Heritage Lake in Tea that sold for $850,000 topped the list of the most expensive residential sales for the week of Feb. 10.

The 3,100-square-foot home that was built in 2021 has five bedrooms and three bathrooms. Features of the property include a beach along the manmade body of water.
