The most expensive residential sale for the week of July 17 was just over $1 million for a new home along the waterfront in the Nine Mile Lake neighborhood on the north edge of Tea.

The 3,600-square-foot home was built by BH Construction. It has five bedrooms and four bathrooms and features a two-story living room and a main-floor office.
