The most expensive residential sale for the week of Nov. 3 was $1.5 million for a country estate between Sioux Falls and Brandon.

The 6,700-square-foot house was built in 2000 nestled among the trees on 1.5 acres in the Hidden Valley Country Estates development. It has six bedrooms and six bathrooms. Features include stone-stack fireplaces, 20-foot-plus vaulted ceilings and hand-hewn wooden beams. The primary suite includes an adjoining room. The backyard features an in-ground pool and spa with an expansive paver patio.
