The most expensive residential sale for the week of May 2 was $2 million for a home in the Prairie Hills neighborhood in south Sioux Falls.

A second home topped the million-dollar mark.

The most expensive sale was for a 5,700-square foot home built in 2008. It has four bedrooms and six bathrooms.

The No. 2 home in the Prairie Tree neighborhood sold for $1,345,000. At 5,100 square feet, it has six bedrooms and four bathrooms. It was built in 1991 and appeared on a top 10 list for June 2021 when it sold for $755,000.
