The destruction of businesses along West 41st Street is even more apparent from the sky.

Aerial photos show the extent of damage caused by an EF-2 tornado Sept. 10 at Advance Auto Parts, 2601 W. 41st St. The nearby Burger King, a First National Bank branch and Best Buy also were damaged.

Next door to the west at Plaza 41, the roof was blown off for a row of businesses, going south from The Rush to Pizza Ranch, Tuesday Morning, Dreamers Outlet and Jo-Ann Fabric and Crafts.

Property managers are asking people to stay away to keep traffic from getting in the way of workers.
