Over Easy, a brunch restaurant coming to Dawley Farm Village, plans to open in early June.

It’s located at 5722 E. 18th St. and plans to open June 6.

Over Easy was founded in 2008 in Phoenix and has grown to 18 locations.

The restaurant, which is being brought to Sioux Falls by The Attic Restaurant Group, will include a dining area and bar that will seat 130 customers. A patio will have room for 40 people.

Over Easy will be open from 6:30 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. daily and in addition to a wide range of breakfast entrees will include a lunch menu of sandwiches, salads and burgers.

For the opening weekend, the restaurant plans to feature penny mimosas June 6-7 with the purchase of an entree, in addition to a kids-eat-free promotion when adults purchase an entree.
