The most expensive residential sale for the week of April 27 was $2.7 million for a house along Prairie Green Golf Course.

The 7,500-square-foot ranch walkout was built in 2001 on an acre. It has five bedrooms and five bathrooms. Features include a theater room with tiered seating, a wine room, two fireplaces, a six-stall garage and an in-ground pool overlooking two greens.
