2 new pastas to try at Minervas offer local farm flavors

Two new pastas at Minervas in downtown Sioux Falls are filled with flavor and served with proteins from exceptional South Dakota family farms and ranches.
The Lamb Ragu Bolognese features lamb from Prairie Coteau Farm near Astoria, served with Matt Pache pasta and a Parmigiano-Reggiano fondue.
The Broccoli Rabe incorporates Italian sausage from Lindy Land & Livestock near Alcester, which focuses on animal and soil health to provide the best possible quality of life for its livestock. The dish is served with broccoli rabe, garlic, wine, olive oil, butter and Calabrian chile served with lumache shell-shaped pasta.
