The most expensive residential sale for the week of Aug. 4 was almost $1.2 million for a house in south Sioux Falls.

The 5,500-square-foot house was built in 2003 on a half-acre lot in the Prairie Vista Estate neighborhood to the northeast of 69th and Western. It has five bedrooms and five bathrooms. Features include a hot tub, theater room and core-floor storage.

Three other homes sold for $1 million.
