6-bedroom house filled with features tops sales report at $1.4M

A house in The Grand Prairie neighborhood that sold for almost $1.4 million topped the list of the most expensive residential sales for the week of March 24.
The two-story house was built in 2007. At 5,600 square feet, it has six bedrooms and six bathrooms. Features in the lower level include a stone bar, wine room and theater. Outside, there’s a covered deck and a large paver patio with an outdoor kitchen, pizza oven and gas fireplace. It sold for $1.2 million in September 2021.
