2 homes top $2M mark in sales report

Two homes less than a mile apart topped the $2 million mark on the list of the most expensive residential transactions for the week of Jan. 8.

The No. 1 sale was almost $2.2 million for a 5,700-square-foot home built in 1991 on a 1-acre lot in a neighborhood east of Pasley Park on Southeastern Avenue. It has four bedrooms and six bathrooms.

The No. 2 sale was almost $2.1 million for a 2,300-square-foot home built in 1920. The property in the Old Orchard neighborhood include 5 acres. The home has three bedrooms and two bathrooms.
