Four homes topped the million-dollar mark for residential sales for the week of March 27, with the most expensive one at $2.7 million.

That 4,000-square-foot home sits on 13 acres about a mile north of the Veterans Parkway exit on Interstate 29. It was built in 2015 and has five bedrooms and six bathrooms.

The No. 2 sale is a new home built by Hjellming Construction in the Bridges at Spring Creek development near Lake Alvin. It sits on 2 acres and has 4,900 square feet with three bedrooms and three bathrooms. The home sold for $1.9 million.
